MEET THE PSYCHOLOGIST
Venture Pacifica is the practice of Dr. Diana Jochai, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. She earned her BS in Psychobiology from University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) and her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University, followed by a pre-doctoral internship in Health Psychology with Henry Ford Health Systems and a postdoctoral fellowship in Health Psychology and Rehabilitation with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Jochai brings an integrative approach to her work, drawing on neurobiology, social and clinical psychology, and an existentially informed humanistic lens. Her background also includes years as behavioral medicine faculty within a Family Medicine Residency Program, where she has worked as an educator and clinician with a focus on resident education and professional development — experience that now shapes her work as a supervisor and consultant, as well as a psychotherapist.
