Consulting, Training & Group Process Work for Organizations
Organizations thrive the same way people do — through insight, connection, and sustained growth. As a consultant, Dr. Jochai helps teams, training programs, and organizations build the structures and culture that let people do demanding work without losing themselves in it.
Dr. Jochai's background sits at the intersection of clinical psychology and institutional training. She spent several years as a behavioral medicine faculty within a Family Medicine Residency Program, working as an educator, clinician, and researcher focused on resident education, professional development, and provision of patient-centered care. She later served as clinical training faculty within a Department of Mental Health Services, focusing on training in health and rehabilitation psychology, and have continued this work with residency education at another Family Medicine program.
That experience shapes how she consults now: with an understanding of what it actually takes to train and support professionals inside demanding, high-stakes environments — not just in theory, but from having done it inside academic medicine for years.
